Saying it my way . . .

The Second Amendment to our Constitution gives us the right to keep and bear arms.  So, why would some in our government not want citizens to be armed?  Are they afraid that we might start another Revolution if they try to do something outside our Constitution?  We have a police force, local, state, and federal, that is supposed to defend and protect us from real criminals but gets no help from the judiciary in punishing the real criminals.  And Pardon and Parole Boards just turn the criminals loose for reasons unimaginable based strictly on whimsical and non-sensical decisions.  What is the real agenda of our elected officials?  I say we vote the bums out before we find out their real intentions.  To further deter crimes, we might want to abolish the Pardon and Parole Systems as well.  If a felon gets 20 years then they serve 20 years as determined by a responsible judge.  That in itself would help deter a potential criminal from going astray.  If you can't do the time, then don't do the crime!  But leave honest law-abiding citizens and our Constitutional Rights alone!
