Congress and a Special SessionWhy not recall the lazy bastards into session until they can come up with an energy policy that has gone unplanned and unattended to since the first ARAB oil embargo of 1973 - let's see by my basic arithmetic, that is only 35 years of sitting on our hands and letting third world countries dictate economic policies to us.
